Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or a refund.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. For advent calendars, the doors must not have been opened. Personalised items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at info@tryvosk.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 hours with the return instructions and address. Return shipping is free within the United States; for other countries, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or the error is ours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the amount may take a few additional days to appear.

Damaged, defective or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, no return required.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Cancellations
