When will my order ship?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours on business days. During peak periods (Black Friday, December), please allow up to 48 hours.

How long does delivery take?

United States: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Canada 5 to 10, United Kingdom 4 to 8, Europe 5 to 9, rest of the world 7 to 14. To receive a calendar before December 1st, order before November 20th (US).

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging (calendar doors unopened). Email info@tryvosk.com with your order number and we reply within 24 hours. Return shipping is free within the US.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.

My parcel is lost or arrived damaged

Contact us at info@tryvosk.com with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or refund you in full, no return required.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge as long as it has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@tryvosk.com.
